Design and Build

Dependent on customer requirements and site conditions, Kitehawke ESD Benches are delivered either fully-assembled, ESD wired and ready for use or, alternatively, supplied for final assembly and ESD wiring on site by our own team of installers.

Following your initial contact with us, we can either discuss your requirements over the phone, via e-mail or, alternatively, we can visit your site and prepare a quote based on your site requirements and operational needs.
Once we know what you need your bench or benches to do, we then plan and quote the bench layout and accessories that you will need to fulfil your requirements.

Where required, we will prepare CAD drawings of bench layouts and specifications so that clear details of the assembly can be viewed prior to manufacture and installation.

All Kitehawke benches are manufactured and tested for ESD conformance at our Stourbridge factory prior to despatch (picture above). They are then delivered to site either part or fully assembled, depending on access and the requirements of each individual project.

Following installation, we will test the benches for ESD performance and issue a certificate of conformity, if requested.
