Kitehawke Aluminium ESD Trolley
The Kitehawke ESD trolley is a premium quality ESD trolley, designed specifically for transporting ESD sensitive (ESDS) devices in and around electrostatic protected areas (EPAs). Kitehawke ESD trolleys are constructed from sturdy 40mm square tube, low charging, anodised aluminium section which can be adapted for a wide range of applications. Capacity 200kg uniformly distributed load.
Shelves are hard-wearing, light grey static dissipative laminate and the framework is electrically bonded throughout to ensure efficient grounding through the conductive castors when used in conjunction with an ESD floor. (A test certificate can be provided on request).
Supplied fully assembled ready for use (*see below).
Standard sizes are shown, however these trolleys can also be made to customer requirements including the option of blue or grey NeoStat static dissipative rubber shelves – please contact us to discuss your requirements.

* For trolleys 69054 & 69055, the handles may be supplied separately for easy assembly on site with a 5mm allen key due to the trolley size and risk of handle damage in transit. If this is necessary you will be advised prior to delivery. It you require a 5mm allen key please let us know at time of order.
